Laura Gent, Recruitment Director

Having joined HSBC on a management training programme, Laura undertook a number of roles in both high value and commercial lending. She then became branch manager after only two years. Remaining in that role for some time, she eventually left HSBC managing a number of branches, and jointly managing financial advisors as well as mortgage managers.

Since successfully making the transition to recruitment Laura has established long term and profitable relationships with clients and candidates alike. Operating on a 80% referral basis Laura ensures a truly consultative approach which has resulted in a variety of successful placements. Laura ensures her personable approach and exceptional standards are adopted throughout her team ensuring a fluid and consistent service exceeding expectations and delivering consistent results.
